living legacy not only for the three babies she had lost, but for all those
mothers who had lost a child regardless of the age. ❤
Jennifer asked Author Terrie
Meerschaert owner of Indie Editing Services to join on as her partner in this
venture after learning of Terrie’s loss of her own son. Together they began to form the anthology
group of authors known simply as the #DetoursCrew today.
Hope
& healing are integral emotions required to allow an individual to overcome
extreme circumstances allowing the human body to reset itself back on its path
in life. We may have a life plan laid out ahead of time in our minds, but
sometimes unexpected changes occur causing our paths to take a Detour In Our
Destinations.
When we follow these new routes down life’s
road, the experiences we encounter turn out to be rewarding, and meaningful. Slowly our bodies adjust to change, allowing
us to heal from our emotional turmoil and find a sense of hope.
Detours In Our Destinations Anthology
is a collection of inspirational short stories & original poetry created by
13 Indie Authors know as the #DetoursCrew who seek to inspire hope &
healing in families affected by #childloss through stories touching on
real-life issues. Each short story in
the #DetoursInOurDestinationsAnthony shows the #strength and #perseverance of
individuals when confronted with emotionally poignant issues such as child
loss, loss of a parent or spouse, infertility, dealing with rare health issues,
or dealing with issues of inferiority & lack of self- confidence. Proceeds from the sale of this anthology will be
donated to the non-profit organization 3Hopeful Hearts www.3hopefulhearts.com
Authors participating
in this anthology are dedicated to helping make a positive impact in the lives
of others. The short stories & poetry in Detours In Our Destinations are
all written to be inspirational, emotionally poignant pieces of literature. This anthology will have you feeling the emotional
struggles each character overcomes, while simultaneously reaching for your
tissues to dry your tears. The purpose
behind creating Detours In Our
Destinations is to display stories about people that positively impact the lives
of others despite dealing with personal setbacks. Many of the authors choose to
use stories taken from their own personal lives helping readers realize dreams are possible to achieve despite the
obstacles you encounter in life. One
should never give up hope. Continue to defy odds by staying true to themselves
